We conduct the MFR session without the use of any machines, add-ons, or creams. In the preliminary stage, we identify the fascia and assess the degree of symmetry and motion loss. Sessions should last no less than thirty minutes, but fifty minutes is the ideal amount of time. We assess the degree of discomfort or impairment that the therapy may alleviate over the course of a few weeks or months.
